Our friend, Nick Urteaga, was here from NY for his best friend's wedding. He so happens to be an awesome photographer. Of course we met-up to do a shoot. We were (Bear was busy) all hanging out in Venice, so we decided to shoot in our home town. The amount of car and pedestrian traffic was awesome...soooo much waving. It was a a bit breezy out. Perfect spring weather for Venice. Just enough to rock a jacket and only sweat a little. We realize these might not be spring colors, per say...but the fabrics were light enough, and that's all we really need. "But the rules say...GQ said...that one style forum...", you might be thinking. Screw you. We said it from the beginning, if you don't like our attitude, don't follow us. If you care to see how we do spring sometimes, read on. This was a disclaimer for all you.
How did these outfits come together? Well, Beef texted Baker, "jackets?" and Baker responded, "let's do it." Beef felt like wearing his blue blazer. Baker hadn't worn the burgundy jacket in a while. Then, I guess, we worked backwards.
If you made it to the bottom: thank you all for checking us out. We hope you were as entertained looking through this post as we were while working on it. We realize our style/opinions/other stuff might not be everyone's cup of coffee, but definitely hope at least one of you pulls some kind of inspiration from this (style in this case).
In case you're wondering too, since people seem to always ask, the bags are from Chrome Industries. Did you see how freaking business casual we made these look? Yeah, we did that.
